Welcome To DRT
We have a diverse group of clinical staff including men and women who speak English and Spanish. Supportive staff is available for Creole speaking clients. Our clinicians including therapists coordinate a care program to improve your mental health. We incorporate education, teaching and therapy to facilitate the stabilization process and to address every client’s needs. Programs are available that include family participation.

What DRT Offers
DRT appreciates the difficulties presented when patients and families are coordinating medical appointments around work schedules and other personal needs. DRT offers weekend and evening hours every day of the week, with the exception of Sundays. On Sundays, day appointments can be provided for a crisis situation, after speaking with a clinician by phone.
DRT provides the following services to make you feel like yourself again:
- Motivational therapy for weight loss, performance enhancement for performers and athletes
- Initial psychiatric assessment and examination with diagnosis and recommendations
- Medication management, or pharmacotherapy
- Consultation and second opinions
- Therapy modalities including individual, family and group
- Work place seminars and classes for special issues such as work place conflict and team building

DRT specializes in treating the following conditions:
- Mood disorders which includes depression
- Anxiety disorders, including PTSD
- Sexual dysfunction
- Smoking cessation and other addictions, including alcohol, sedatives and pain relievers
- Stress in relationships & in the workplace
In addition, telemedicine is available to qualified patients and concierge medicine, which are services that take place in your home.

What insurance is accepted at DRT?
The office currently accepts Aetna, AvMed, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida, Cigna, Community Care Plan, Humana, Medicare, Staywell, Tricare, United Healthcare Plans, & Wellcare. Please call if you don’t see your plan listed. You may be able to pay for your visit and request reimbursement from your insurance company. DRT will provide the necessary documents for reimbursement requests.
Is DRT open late or on weekends?
DRT offers weekend and evening hours every day of the week, with the exception of Sundays. On Sundays day appointments can be provided for a crisis situation, after speaking with a clinician by phone.
