Yolande McCray, APRN is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and Nursing Administration at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Florida and then earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing Education at Barry University in Miami, Florida. She went on to Chamberlain University in Chicago, Illinois where she earned her second Master of Science degree.
In addition to this, Yolande is the founder of Julia's Kids Incorporated, a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization based in South Florida. The organization offers free group grief counseling and mentoring to youth who have lost a loved one to death. Recognized in Legacy Magazines "Top 40 under 40", Voyage MIA, and The Miami Times, Yolande is committed to educating everyone on the importance of effective grieving for youth after a loss. The Julia's Kids Resource Center in Miami Gardens, which opened in January 2019, serves as a location for group meetings as well as facilitating classes on how to best support children after a loss.

Mrs. McCray is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, a Sigma Theta Tau inductee and involved with the Florida Nurses Association. She collects salt and pepper shakers and enjoys spending time with her family.
